For the 4th, Eric went to a pool party and to Grandma and Grandpa's for a BBQ of hot dogs (but he ate peas and rice cereal). We didn't go to the fireworks show, but he slept through the ones that were set off in the neighborhood. Jeff has been at work for about 2 weeks because of all of the fires here in California, but he came by the pool party on the fire truck and watched Eric swim in the pool!
