Eric's favorite activity used to be emptying the entire package of baby wipes that I keep in the living room for easy clean up. It didn't matter how far back on the table I pushed them, he was always able to get them and spend several quiet minutes gleefully pulling out each and every one.
And now he taught his sister how to do it! Look at the absolute joy on their faces- it's almost like they are saying "This won't be the last time we get in trouble together!"
